Zac Diamond is a Brooklyn-based theatre director.

Recent credits include a workshop production of Julius Caesar at Lincoln Center in collaboration with the Brooklyn College Directing & Performing Arts Management residencies, Adored You (New Workshop Theater), Where There is Death There is Light (Night Owl Theatre Collective), Suddenly Last Summer (Brooklyn College), and Lobby Hero (Brooklyn College).
Other recent projects include the Steven Soderbergh produced, The Fears by Emma Sheanshang, directed by Dan Algrant, assistant directed by Zac on the Irene Diamond Stage at Signature Center.​ Additionally, Zac has directed and produced developmental readings presented on stages at Playwrights Horizons, Lincoln Center, and The Brick Aux. ​

Other credits include Zac has experience in Stage Management with the following productions: Cornelia Street (Atlantic Theater Company); The Far Country (Atlantic Theater Company); Public Works! As You Like It (The Public Theater). Additionally, Zac has Acted in productions of: A Christmas Carol (South Coast Repertory); Antony and Cleopatra (Shakespeare Orange County); Sunshine Boys (Camino Real Playhouse).
Originally from the Los Angeles area, Zac was a founding member of The Foxhole Theater Company while acting
as their marketing director. For over two years, the company sought to redefine the stigmas of veterans, share their stories, and provide them with resources throughout multiple counties in the Southern California area.

Zac directs with devoted intentionality, but on a more personal level, to honor his Aunt, Grandmother, and Mother, Virginia. Upon graduating, Virginia gifted Zac with a watch which inscribed the following:“Follow your fear. There is no script.”
